In conjunction with the sports strategy launch we have re-branded the entire Bucks Sports squad providing them with a new custom made playing kit and identity as we take a massive leap forward in University sport at Bucks.

The Package
1) “The Bucks” (Sports Squad) - 52 teams, 667 individual players playing over 30 different disciplines in BUSA, SESSA and various national and local leagues and Cup Competitions. Sports in which we will be competing in 2008 include:

Sponsors Name/Logo on all the playing kit and squad tracksuits
Sponsorship of the Athletic Union Awards Dinner

Sponsorship on all AU web pages
Recognition in media coverage
Their name would also be associated with the teams and individual players in all coverage of sporting achievement.
We would like to extend this opportunity to interested parties over a three year period.
2) The Venue
The SU Venue will be renamed and re-branded adopting the sponsors name as part of the title, it will be the only University Venue offering a totally free programme of events with real quality and diversity, top names, sell out shows, and increasing coverage amongst youth/student press. The New Offer funding gives us a budget in excess of £250,000 pounds purely to spend on entertainment which far surpasses our competitors in the HE sector.
The package would include:
Sponsor’s Name/Logo on all venue signage
Sponsor’s Name/Logo on all events advertising (print and electronic)
Sponsor’s Name/Logo on events web and newspaper pages
Sponsors Name/Logo on all tickets, wristbands, crew and bar staff shirts etc.
We envisage this being an initial three year period
Our Commitment
At the start of each academic year the University will provide to the partner a plan outlining promotional, publicity and sporting activities to be undertaken by the University to allow the partner to fully capitalise on the opportunities.
