Bucks Youth Games - Title Sponsor Package
The Bucks Youth Games is an annual Olympic style event involving 1,000 young people
representing their District in a range of sports.
Title Rights:
§ Title rights to the Youth Games
§ Right for sponsor to use of the Youth Games Title and Logo in sponsor’s corporate advertising and promotional activities
§ Use of sponsor’s title and logo on all Youth Games publications and promotional material, including letterheads, posters, flyers, press releases, fax sheets etc
§ Branding and Logo:
§ Extensive branding rights at the Youth Games (level of branding to be agreed during negotiations)
§ Rights to logo acknowledgement on all Youth Games signage
§ Inclusion of sponsors logo on all the clothing worn by Youth Games staff and volunteers Programme:
§ Front cover identification on Youth Games souvenir Programme
§ Full page colour editorial in Youth Games souvenir Programme
§ Full colour advert on back cover of Youth Games souvenir Programme
§ 100 copies of Programme for sponsor’s use
Presentation:
§ Sponsor name and colour on all medal ribbons
§ Sponsor name and logo on all official participation certificates
§ Opportunity for sponsor to present medals and certificates with associated photo opportunity
Hospitality:
§ Hosting rights to the Youth Games VIP reception
§ Branding rights to the Youth Games VIP reception
§ 10 invitations to the Youth Games VIP hospitality suite for sponsor’s use over and above guests already identified by Bucks Sport
Other Benefits:
§ Opportunity for product display and/or sales stands at a prominent site at the Youth Games venue
§ Product sampling at the Youth Games venue
§ Distribution of sponsor promotional leaflets to all participants and spectators
§ Link to sponsor website
§ Access to relevant Games databases within constraints of child and data protection
§ Opportunities to collect name and address data of spectators, volunteers and participants
§ Opportunity for mailings to coaches and volunteers
§ Logo and/or name inclusion in all relevant media and publicity
§ Assistance with developing and implementing a specific publicity plan around the sponsor’s involvement with the Youth Games
