In Bucks and Milton Keynes there's lots of stunning countryside waiting to be explored so whether you would like to go on family walks in your leisure time, join group walks or walk to work there is something below to help you get started.

Here you will find links to a number of walking schedules.

The Everyday Activity Health Walk schedule outlines the times and meeting places of all the Everyday Activity Health Walks that take place in Milton Keynes. A small number of these walks are roaming in that they walk in a different location each week. The Shenley Health Walk, Friday Morning Health Walk and Wagtail Health Walk are all roaming walks.

The Push n Tone MK Schedule outlines the details of these sessions. Push n Tone is a park based exercise class for new parents, all you need is a baby and a buggy.

MK Nordic Striders are a Nordic Walking group. You must be a competent nordic walker in order to join this group. If you are interested in learning how to Nordic Walk please contact Kirsty Heath on 01908 254456 to find out details of the next course.

Shenley Health Walks - Walks are tailored for different needs so we can do shorter 20 min walks and medium 40 min walks within a longer walk of 45 to 50 mins, depending on the fitness of walkers.

Wagtail Health Walks - Come and join us for a health walk, taking in the fresh air, the scenery and the wildlife around the water features of Milton Keynes, every Sunday morning. All levels, ages and abilities are welcome to join in! In general, we stick to Redways and other hard surface paths.
