Women’s only sessions will be starting at Chesham Leisure Centre on Saturday 1st March and will take place on the first Saturday of every month.
The sessions have been organised by a group of partners all keen to give women from ethnic minority backgrounds the opportunity to access their local leisure centres.
Swimming and badminton will be the first activities offered to the women who will be able to access tuition if needed.
Activities will also be provided for children to ensure that childcare is not a barrier.
