Cirkle, an award winning PR agency, puts the wellbeing of its staff at the top of its agenda. As the Daily Telegraph’s “Britain’s Fittest Director”, Caroline Kinsey fitness trains with some of her team before the working day even begins! As a team they take part in a range of sports events, such as the Logan’s Challenge Pentathlon, and are always finding novel ways to raise funds for good causes. This year they raised £1200 for Whizzkids by walking a ‘semi-cirkle’, the equivalent to walking halfway around the world! Staff also enjoy an extra day’s holiday to ‘ditch the duvet’ and invest in mind, body and soul with financial support from the company. One of the team used the day as a chance to spruce up a local school playground. The unique ‘feel good’ factor at Cirkle encouraged it to set up a new division - Cirkle Body & Soul - to cater for wellbeing clients. Since forming last year it has attracted global names such as Life Fitness, and is worth more than £300k, demonstrating that fun, fitness and business make a winning combination.
