We are launching a new Coach Agency as a key element of our London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Legacy programme. The Agency will create a career structure for coaches, provide high quality coaching and help increase participation in sport.
Branch Administrator (Coach Agency) –
(Fixed Term until September 2010)
Up to £20,280 per annum (Full Time)
Responsible for the administration of the Agency you will undertake monitoring and financial processes, ensure effective communications, support the marketing of the agency and the deployment of coaches. You will also support the Business Manager and a new team of full and part time Coaches and a Head of Coaching.
As the first point of contact with potential customers and members of the public, you will be critical to the success of the Agency. You will have experience of administration and operations ideally within a recruitment or employment agency environment, and will be able demonstrate effective working relationships with a wide range of people and organisations.
Partnership Administrator (Maternity Cover)
Up to £20,280 pro rata per annum (Part time - minimum 20 hours per week)
We are also seeking part time maternity cover for our Partnership Administrator. You will be responsible for the administration functions of a busy team including activity administration, customer relations, communications, marketing and promotion and information management. You will have experience of administration and operations and possess excellent communication and customer services skills.
