Get fit and lose weight Army style; British Military Fitness Clasess start in Campbell Park ‘Get fit outside, feel good inside’ A new way of getting fit is about to start in Campbell Park, Milton Keynes. British Military Fitness (BMF) classes commence at 7pm on Tuesday 15th June with classes continuing on Tuesday and Thursday at 7pm and Saturday mornings at 930am. Set up in 1999, and now in its 11th year, BMF operates venues throughout the UK. BMF was launched in London by Major Robin Cope, who knows only too well the benefits of a fun, but no nonsense, training programme that guarantees results.

Bucks Youth Games 2010The Bucks Youth Games is the largest multi-sport event to take place in the County with over 1000 young people competing in a range of sports against teams from each of the 5 local authorities in the county. In 2010 the Games will be hosted for the first time at Stoke Manadeville Stadium in Aylesbury on Saturday 26th June.
