Just under 600 children took part in 10 Multi Skills Festival that took place at Wycombe Sports Centre during the summer term. The children rotated through a a series of nine stations which allowed them to demonstrate their skills in agility, balance and co-ordination. Their scores were then recorded by the Young Leaders helping on the day. All scores were then analysed to produce an average score per child and the final position results are listed below. The highest average score was achieved by Great Kingshill School who received multi skills equipment for their efforts. Also attached are the resource cards relating to the stations that you can use to continue to use multi skills principals within your PE lessons.
The feedback from the Y1 Multi Skills training and the festivals was extremely good and we hope to be able to offer them again next year.
