Swimmers had a final chance to work on stroke technique under the watchful eye of head coach, Mick Wakely.
Swimmers also had an opportunity to learn about sports psychology, allowing them to develop a set of goals for the coming years. In addition to this they participated in a practical session in which they played numerous games aimed at improving their reaction time of the blocks.
The 2007 camps have seen the best attendance so far with 36 swimmers attending from 8 out of the 10 swimming clubs in the county.
