Partnership Academy trials were held at Bletchley Leisure Centre and were lead by the England Head Scout Sue Baldwin.
The trials were well attended, a total of 53 players trialled for selection at the Partnership Academy. 19 players were selected from the Under 14 age group and 7players were selected from the Under 16 age group to attend the academy which will run for 10 weeks from January.
The academy will be lead by highly qualified coaches and the emphasis of the training will be to improve the skills of each individual: there will not be a any competition squads. Those players who were not selected were encouraged to continue participating in netball. To assist with their development they were given a selection planner to use at training to help them develop their skills.
