Chiltern Ladies play their home games on Sunday afternoons at 4.15pm at Wycombe High School and train on Wednesdays evenings from 8.30pm at the same venue.

Chiltern v Aztec Belles - Wessex League – Sunday 16th September 2006 – High Wycombe
Chiltern Ladies Basketball team started their new season with a convincing win over Aztec Belles on Sunday afternoon at Wycombe High School, in a 38-21 game in which Chiltern led from start to finish.
Chiltern unveiled two new players to their line up, Susie Kerton and Anya Higgins and were delighted to welcome back Jo Harper who missed most of last season due to injury. Captain Vicky Clayden, Carolyn Beale, Alison Adamson, Charlotte Gale and Anne Woods all return to their line up this season.
Chiltern, who finished last season as runners up in the Wessex League were keen to get off to a good start this season. They dominated the first quarter 10-3 and managed to keep the Aztec Belles from scoring any points until the ninth minute of play when captain Kelley Shorey scored two points from just outside the key.
Aztec Belles woke up in the second quarter of play and outscored the home team 8-7, but were still six points down as the half time whistle went. Captain Vicky Clayden threatened the visitor’s defence with two long range shots.
Four different players got on the score sheet for Chiltern as the third quarter started with new player Susie Kerton showing her quality both defensively and in offence. Chiltern stepped up their defence after two early baskets from Aztec saw them narrow the gap to just 4 points taking the score to 19-15, but Chiltern were rarely troubled. They forced a series of turnovers from the visitors and converted at the other end going on a 7-0 run and prevented the visitors from scoring again in the quarter.
Three early baskets at the start of the fourth quarter took the game to 30-15 and Chiltern were able to relax. Kerton matched the entire efforts of the visiting team with her six points in the quarter, and Chiltern Ladies finished the game comfortable winners with a final score of 38-21.

Chiltern v Aztec Rage - Wessex League – Sunday 30th September 2006 – High Wycombe
Chiltern Ladies Basketball team took on Aztec Rage in their second game of the season and were hoping to notch up another victory, but lost out in a very close game that was watched by Chiltern’s growing fan base.
The visitors took the early advantage with a 7-0 run in the fifth minute of play with the game’s top scorer Stacey Thompson scoring five of her game total 15 points in that run. Chiltern reduced the deficit with two baskets and went into the first quarter break just four points behind the visitors.
Chiltern’s captain Vicky Clayden opened the second quarter with a three-pointer to bring the scores to within one point and the scores remained close with Chiltern outscoring Aztec by one point.
By the end of the third quarter Chiltern had again outscored the visitors in the quarter and taken the lead in the game forcing the opposition to call a time out to re-group. Aztec stepped up their game in the final quarter with two three-pointers from Nicky Harris taking the score to 30-35, but some solid defending from Chiltern put a stop to the visitors’ run with Harper and Clayden scoring again for Chiltern as they pulled back to within one point with just three minutes of the game left. Aztec’s Stacey Thompson was fouled on her way to the basket and converted both free-throws and added another two baskets before the final whistle went leading her team to victory with a final score of 36-42.
