This squad day was held for the first time at the Indoor Athletics Centre at Brunel University and was very successful as it allowed athletes to gain a high level of coaching in their chosen event group at a fantastic indoor facility.
The day incorporated a Pole Vault 'Come Try It' session which was also hugely successful with over 20 participants trying pole vault for the first time. Since the session a number of these have enjoyed further coaching in the event.
