A week after the Schools Championships Ben Gregory competing for England at the Schools International Championships finished 1st with a vault of 4.20m. Sadie Watts of Marshall MK Athletics Club threw 38.44m for 3rd place in the Javelin.
The next stage for thes talented youngsters is the UK School Games on 24th-25th August in Coventry. In addition to those selected above are Eliot Winter (1500 steeple chase) and Adam Medcraft (4 x 400m relay) who have also been included in the South East squad.
