U/17 athletes were invited to attend the Squad Day for the first time, along with talented U/15 and U/13 athletes from across the County.
The day was a huge success, with just under 50 people attending, benefiting from a day of strength and conditioning coaching, along with others of a similar standard to themselves.
Liz Yelling attended the day, working with the Endurance Group for the morning session and giving an inspiring presentation to all athletes in the afternoon.
