The sport is growing fast in the region since the first Milton Keynes club was founded in 2004, with two Milton Keynes clubs now fielding four teams between them and also competing in the Oxfordshire competitions.
All are welcome, whether you just want to try it once or whether you want to come regularly and start playing in a team.
