The project is countywide and is available for any swimmer aged 8 – 18 years that can swim 25m. Swimmers will be able to attend two stroke development sessions in their area and will then have the opportunity to represent their district in a fun gala on Saturday 24th March at Stoke Mandeville Stadium.

| Aylesbury Vale: | Saturday 10th and 17th March, 12pm – 1pm at Stoke Mandeville Stadium |
| Chiltern and South Bucks: | Sunday 11th and 18th March, 11am – 12pm at Amersham swimming pool |
| Milton Keynes: | Wednesday 14th and Thursday 22nd March, 5:30pm – 6:30pm at Leon school pool |
| Wycombe: | Saturday 10th and 17th March, 4:30pm – 5:30pm at Wycombe sports centre |
