The Bucks Sport Awards 2007 took place on Thursday 6th December at Horwood House. They highlighted and rewarded the outstanding contribution of those who deliver sport at a local level, including schools, clubs, coaches, volunteers and development officers. The evening celebrated success and showcased sport and demonstrated the value of sport to the communities that we live and work in.
This year we were successful in attracting sponsorship from local businesses and organisations to support the event. Thank you to Bucks County Council, Bucks Economic Partnership, Bucks Ambassadors, Bucks New Uni, Sport England, Sports Leaders UK, Wycombe Wanders FITC, Lane 4, MK Lions and MK Dons for helping to make the evening a success.
