Lee Mason, Partnership Director (ex-officio)
Lee has managed Bucks Sport since its inception in 2000, originally appoitned to manage the Active Sports Programme, he has overseen its development and growth into what is recognised as a leading County Sports Partnership that enjoys an excellent reputation both locally and nationally. Having studied Sport and recreation at Sheffield University, Lee has always worked in sports development including a stint at Yorkshire County Cricket club, and as sports development officer within both London Boroughs and rural districts. Lee also plays a lead role helping guide and develop the national Network of County Sports Partnerships. An active cricketer having played to minor counties level, and a playing member of MCC having toured recently to the Carribean, Lee still competes regularly currently turning out for Horspath CC in Oxford and is a Level 3 coach, though his time for coaching has been limited since the birth of his 2 daughters, Bella and Lara.
