| Description | Aylesbury College is proud of its new Sports Hall, Dance Studios and Gym. These comprise a large sports hall, a fully equipped gymnasium and a dance/fitness studio. The facilities are open seven days a week to both students and members of the public. The sports hall has a viewing gallery for spectators and is used for many activities including football, badminton, basketball, trampolining, netball and volleyball. The dance/fitness studio has a ballet bar and sprung timber floor hosting a range of fitness and martial art classes run at various times including aerobics, step aerobics, pilates, yoga, aikido and ju-jitsu. The gymnasium has a range of cardiovascular equipment, resistance weight machines and free weights. |
