Geting Ready, Get Set... Bucks 2012 Conference

The second Buckinghamshire 2012 Conference is being held on March 18th-19th 2010 at our Olympic and Paralympic venue, the stunning Eton College Rowing Centre at Dorney Lake which will host the rowing and sprint-canoeing competitions in 2012

The conference, which is being hosted by Adrian Moorhouse, Olympic Gold Medallist and Chairman of Buckinghamshire 2012 Co-ordinating Group, has been designed to offer practical advice on how you can get involved and offer examples of Buckinghamshire businesses and organisations who are already playing their part and taking advantage of the opportunities offered by the Games. The event will also provide a unique insight into how this magnificent venue is being prepared to welcome the world’s finest athletes in 2012.

“The London 2012 Games offers enormous opportunities for businesses, communities, schools and individuals to get involved and play a part in this once in a lifetime opportunity. In Buckinghamshire we are using the power of the games to help build, businesses that thrive through innovation and challenge, stronger and closer communities, a more active, healthier and successful sporting county” Adrian Moorhouse
