Join us for a FREE health walk and walk your way to better health.

All walks are free and led by qualified volunteer walk leaders and backmarkers - so don't worry about getting left behind! They are there to help and will try to answer any questions you may have.

It couldn't be easier to get started. There is no need to book, all you need to do is turn up 15 minutes before your first walk to register with the walk leader.
