GET FIT - STY FIT!
This course aims to
… improve fitness and well being through movement and exercise.
It is for… anyone - whether you are new to exercise or are an experienced mover.
During the course you will:
Learn and practice a range of movements and exercises to a variety of music that will increase or maintain your flexibility, agility, strength, stamina, posture and rhythmic ability.
Aim to develop and improve your personal performance to give a sense of achievement and confidence.
Be able to work at your own level to feel refreshed and revitalised.
Enjoy a relaxed and friendly session
After the course… you can rejoin this course to continue to develop and enjoy your exercise and movement skills.

Please wear… loose comfortable clothing and jazz shoes or trainers,bring a mat or towel for floor work and a drink of water.

£20.00 for 4 x 1 hour sessions (£5.00 per session)
