This course aims to… this Workshop is for those who want to discover what the game of Bridge is all about. Whether you’ve played cards before or not, we
urge you to “Give it a go”, and you won’t regret it.
It is for… absolute beginners. No previous experience of card play is necessary.

During the course… bridge is fun to play, and the better you play, the more fun it is. Despite popular opinion to the contrary, bridge is not a difficult game
to learn.

With a Bridge tutor facilitating proceedings, it will be a ‘hands-on’ session from the start, where you will quickly learn by ‘doing’ whilst having fun.

By the end of the course you will:
• make lots of new friends;
• get out and enjoy a few hours of fun;
• stimulate your mind;
• forget your troubles;
• play with friends at ‘your’ level.

After the course… by the end of the workshop we hope we’ll have whetted your appetite enough for you to consider joining the Bridge for Beginners course starting in November, at The Evreham Adult Learning Centre in Iver.

Please bring… a pen and paper.

Additional costs... learners will be encouraged to invest in The Complete Learn & Play Programme developed by the EBU, on which the course is based. No other study material is required. This can only be purchased via your Tutor at the commencement of the course.
