Parkrun organise free, weekly, 5km timed runs around the world. They are open to everyone and are safe and easy to take part in whatever your running ability.
Parkrun is held at Black Park every Saturday and starts from the north side of the pay and display car park at 9am.
Parkrun is FREE to enter, but you must register online before taking part at www.parkrun.org.uk/black-park.
