Come 'push' your Buggy 'n tone' your body!

Fun outdoor exercise with your baby. Mothers must have had thier 6 week postnatal GP check before attending. 

Classes last approx 1hour, no need to book just turn up and join in. Bring suitable clothing and a bottle of water.

Day: every Monday (except school holidays) 
Time: 11.45am start
Meeting Place: Outside Neath Hill Health Centre
