1) Walking for Health in Milton Keynes offers a range of walking groups at a variety of pace, to suit adult walkers of all fitness levels. We lead walks across the whole of MK, to provide the opportunity for you to see the wide range of parks and open spaces available in MK.
The walks are all led by a number of qualified walk leaders, offering safe, secure and fun suitable routes for all. They take place at various days and times all throughout the week and are between 35 minutes to 1 hour in length.
2) Push n Tone MK offers a park based exercise class for new parents, all you need is a baby and a buggy and you can join in.
3) Nordic Walking offers a new way to progress your walking skills using poles to propel you along. Nordic Walking is a great way to tone your body, whilst supporting your knees and joints. All new Nordic Walkers must attend a 4 week beginner's course to learn the skills.
