    Add a session

How to add your activity

Please note that by adding an activity to this website you may be contacted from time to time to obtain the number of new participants registered with you since joining the reactivate initiative.

1. Login (Click here to login) 
  • If you are not already registered you will need to do this first.  Please click here to register (when registering please make sure you tick the Reactivate organiser box under the role section)

2.  Go to the what can I do page

3.  Select activities:

  Reactivate Activities

4. Select New Event

5. It is very important to ensure events show correct timescale. For example if it is 2 hours on a thursday afternoon. Set it up on the first thursday and then choose reccuring weekly until an end date. This will set up events to follow on every thursday until the end date.

6. Complete details & timeframe section: Please do not use capital letters
  • Title – add name of sport or activity only i.e. ‘golf’ or ‘netball’ and one of the following areas Aylesbury Vale, Chiltern, Milton Keynes, South Bucks or Wycombe. 
  • Categories - Choose the area, sport, category and  whether you offer a free taster session.
  • Description – add any information about the activity, cost and contact details
  • Date & time – add date and time of event (remove tick from ‘all day event’ to add time). 
  • Recurring event - check box if activity is happening on a daily, weekly, montly or yearly basis this will automatically create a new event on the following date(s).
  • Reminder email- check box if you would like to receive a reminder e-mail for the activity 
You will need to click SAVE before you can move to the next screen

7. Complete Location information: Please do not use capital letters
  • Add address for venue
  • Details - include any additional information on venue i.e accessibility, parking etc
  • Website/link - add as appropriate (this may be a map to venue location) 
Once complete click SAVE

Your activity will now be listed.


8.  Complete Attachements section (this is optional) - here you can upload photos, logos, leaflets or any other information you may want to display to viewers

Once complete click SAVE

8.  Complete Image section (this is optional) - this will be the image which appears on your activity advert - it may be a photograph or logo - note the most recent photo added will show as the logo.

Once complete click SAVE


How to edit an existing activity


1. Login (Click here to login) 

2.  Go to what can I do on the Reactivate page

3.  Select activities:

  Reactivate Activities

4.  Select My Events

5.  Select the event that you wish to edit

6.  Under the Actions section - click on edit (you can also remove an event from the listings by clicking delete) to edit the first only or edit recurring events to edit all events that are linked to the event you are editing.

7.  Visit the relevant sections and edit the information

Ensure you SAVE each section after the changes have been made
