The Learn Nordic Walking Course is specifically aimed at complete beginners to the technique. Suitable for adults of all ages and fitness levels, the instructors will always make sure you stay at the pace and level that is right for you. After completing the course, you can go on to join one of the many regular walking groups who Nordic Walk across the county.
