EFDS are the national body for disabled people in sport and physical activity throughout England, they want to understand wider opinions and share important messages so all disabled people can be active for life. Their promotional campaign, 'Pass the Baton' also ran alongside the Paralympic Games to promote inclusion in sport and EFDS want to gather feedback on it.
To do this, they have devised a short survey, which we would appreciate you completing and circulating to your networks please. Both disabled and non-disabled people can complete the survey. The deadline for responses is Friday 21 September.
