Football Foundation - Grow the Game

Grow the Game will provide funding for projects that use football to increase participation by both players and volunteers. This will be done by supporting the costs associated with providing new activity.

Applications will be welcome from organisations that are 'not for profit'. We will not fund individuals.
Organisations must have a constitution, child protection policy, equal opportunities policy and income/expenditure records.
Please note organisations that have an existing Community Small Grant will not be eligible to apply for a Grow the Game grant.

Organisations setting up one team will be able to receive up to £2,500 over two years with financial support being reduced in the second year of the project. For organisations setting up two or more teams the maximum grant available will be £5,000 over two or three years.
No partnership funding will be requested.

Apply by completing on line Application form. Open for applications 1 July 2009 and closed for applications 28 August 2009 and decision received by the beginning of December 2009.
