Buckinghamshire People’s Health Trust

The Healthy Communities Small Grants Programme as is now open in Bucks .  The Programme makes grants of £5,000 – £10,000 to small community and voluntary organisations to support an improvement in health and well-being in their local communities.

The closing date for applications in this area is 19 December 2011.

It is anticipated that between 12 and 15 grants will be allocated from the Healthy Communities Programme in the HealthStrong area.
