In 2008, the Bucks Sport Coaching Agency (Impact Coaching) was created to provide a coaching service to the local communities of Buckinghamshire. The agency goes a long way towards professionalising coaching, providing an employment environment for coaches that matches the employment rights and procedures of any other professional role.

Impact Coaching Agency are proud to be able to supply a range of full time, part time and casual coaches, all with experience and qualifications in a range of sports to suit the needs and demands of Buckinghamshire. All the coaches are vetted to ensure high quality sessions are delivered and saftey requirements are adhered to.
